Stuffed Nose, Sore Throat, Booger With Blood While Blowing Nose, Blood In Phlegm. What Could Be This?

Hello I have had a stuffed nose and sore throat the past few days. Just a few minutes ago I blew my nose and a large gray rubbery looking booger about the size of a dime or bigger came out and it had blood on it. What could this be? I have been gagging for three days now and there has been blood in my phlegm and after I blew my nose and that grey mass came out now I am coughing up even more bloody phlegm.

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Since ,you haven't mentioned that from how many days you are having sore throat and stuffed nose .
If these symptoms are from more then 20 days ,it is a cause of concern because blood with expectoration ( phlegm) is a serious problem.
The dime shaped clot was mucus entrapped with blood came from nose due to forceful blow.
There was sore throat ( infection) super added with allergy .
All these things develops congestion in the airways rout and so produces cough.
Cough with expectoration stained with blood may be due to ,
Tuberculosis,
chronic bronchitis,
asthmatic allergic bronchitis or
bronchiectasis.
Consult a physician and get in Xray with blood test and take treatment .
