Stuffy Nose, Sore Throat, No Appetite, Injured Diaphragm, Tightness Around Rib Cage, Breathing Problem. Took Paracetamol. Medication?
I have a stuffy nose, sore throat, no appetite & feel a little light headed at times, I have also injured my diaphragm & have tightness around my lower right side rib cage & middle back I am currently seeing a chiropractor for this however it is sore at the moment and making breathing a little uncomfortable. I have only taken paracetamol.
you have two different problems , the stuffy nose , sore throat are signs of flu , you would get good relief from taking oral / nasal decongesants and warm saline gargles.
the second problem that you mentioned needs further evaluation , injure the diaphragm ? did you have an accident ? either way you need atleast an xray of your chest and need to be seen as soon as possible by a chest physcian / surgeon to rule out any rib fracture / pnuemothorax etc .
i hope this helps , please do write in if you need any further clarifications
