Stung On Back And Neck, Arm In Pain. Worth Worrying?

my wife got stung by a bug on the back of her neck and shoulder last night, even now she is complaining of her whole arm hurting, she still has swelling and redness at the locations and it almost looks like where the first sting was, that it is turning inward, almost as if it is rotting. we were wondering if it was something to worry about and what kind of bug it may have been

.hi stung on the back and neck leading to arm swelling and pain is mainly related to honey bee bites.
Honey bee bites causes severe pain and inflammation spreads to surrounding organs.use of antihistamine like atarax 25 mg daily at night time,broad spectrum antibiotic and short course of predisolone strarting with 30 mg tapering to 10mg within 10 days.use of anti inflammatory agent like flexon decreases the sweeling.use a antacid as steriods and pain killers cause gastritis.
sometimes insect stings are present at the bite marks.remove them with forceps and apply t-bact ointment over the lesions cures them
