Sub Arachnoid Hemorrhage, Speaks Little, Fades In. Chance Of Anger Issues Symptoms?, Blurred Vision

My husband had a sub arachnoid hemorrhage that ruptured 2x's in the same day, the second one rendering him unconscense. It has been 21 days and he has lost most function. He is begin to speak a little but he really fades in and out. My question is could he have been having symptoms such as anger issues up to 2 weeks prior? He did have blurred vision the day before.
