What Causes Blurred Vision With Dizziness, Lightheadedness, Nausea, Diarrhea And Abdominal Pain?

My father have some weird symptoms , he got lightheadedness and sudden blurred vision , he started getting this symptoms after he had nausea ,Diarrhea ,and abdominal pain this happened week ago , but now all his symptoms are dizziness when standing and sometimes when setting , I want also to mention that blurred vision is connected to dizziness , my question is what is happening with my father and what can I do?

complete eye examination is to be done. refraction and fund-us examination may be done. nausea pain abdomen and loose motion are separate problem. take tinedazole omiprazole and uni-enzyme tablet and maintain hydration. take ors water. if refractive error is detected then take proper correction.
