Sudden Bad Pain In Left Shoulder Blade. Any Clue What This Might Be ?

My wife got a sudden bad pain in her left shoulderblade and then her left arm got real swollen but their isn t any pain or numbness just weakness. She has MS and Accute paracardidis also. Have any clue what this might be?
