pregnancy test or a pregnancy test performed at your doctor's office would help answer this question.
Assuming you're not pregnant, there are other conditions that could account for your symptoms, most notably an
ovarian cyst. Ovarian cysts frequently produce hormones that disrupt menstrual cycles and trigger "pregnancy symptoms" (
nausea, breast tenderness, headache,
bloating, etc.). Many ovarian cysts resolve on their own within a few cycles. Those that persist or cause significant problems (severe
pelvic pain, for example) may need to be treated, either medically (birth control pills are often helpful) or with surgery.
Since you've already been having difficulties for the past two months, I suggest you see your doctor for an evaluation.
