Greetings of the day

Presence of persisting symptoms of fever and chills following breast surgery for abscess indicates presence of residual abscess. It has to be considered as one of the cause and ruled out by examination. Would suggest you to consult your surgeon for assessment of wound and to rule out residual abscess.

Take care
