Hello it started a few years ago as just seeing spots like I stood up too fast but it has gotten worse. Out of no where I get really hot and start sweating then I get really dizzy like I am going to lose conciousness and see spots in front of me. It makes me scared to move or do anything. I just lay down and don't move until it goes away. It happened 6 months ago when I was washing dishes and I also vomited and felt dizzy the rest of the night. When it happened last night I was just standing there talking to my mom and it hit me. This time I didn't vomit I had terrible diahrrea and sat on the toilet for a half hour until I felt safe enough to move. Even then all I did was move to my bed and go to sleep I didn't know what else to do. I even feel dizzy today but not as bad as I did last night.
