First of all its good that you have joined an
aerobics class , its a great way to boost
metabolism and in turn helps you burn fat.I would reccomend you to do aerobics 3-5 days a week. Now coming to the diet part, you need to avoid all processed foods such as potato chips, sodas and also the fruit juices you buy because it has a lot of sugar in them, its always better to eat the real fruit.
Eat more vegetables avoid beef and lamb however you can eat chicken breasts.
Now make sure you eat small meals every 3-4 hours (4-5 small meals in a day) , this will boost your metabolism and in turn you lose fat, also eat your meals at a specific time everyday this is key , incorporate green tea , avoid all kinds of sugar .
Eat clean and healthy like i told you, you should see a loss of 1-1.5 kilos every 10 days or so, and dnt worry abt the glow of your face drink more water like around 2 litres a day it will help remove toxins and will keep that natural healthy glow.
