Hi,
thanks for using healthcare magic.
Chest pain and pain in left arm is very common symptoms of anxiety. but before putting diagnosis of anxiety, you need to rule out physical causes like heart, thyroid dysfunction or Vitamin B12 Deficiency.
as it occurs daily and fixed time period, it is more likely to be due to anxiety.
You should consult psychiatrist for detail evaluation and treatment. He may be benefited by duloxetine or desvenlafaxine like anti depressants having anti anxiety properties as well.
Meanwhile she can do stress management like yoga, meditation and self relaxation.
thanks
