Sudden Pain In Chest, Discomfort In Shoulders, Headache. Sign Of Heart Attack?

I have had a wave of extreme sudden pain in my chest (sort fof like indigestion) that went up the left side of my neck and into my left ear leaving me with feelings of discomfort across my shoulders and the top of my back. When it subsided it left me with a headache on the right side of my head and discomfort in my right eye. This is the second time this has happened this week. Could this be a warning sign of a heart attack?

Welcome to HCM.
Pain in left side of chest and shifting to left shoulder is always to be ruled out for cardiac involvement.
You have to go for blood pressure measurement,ECG and ECHO to rule out cardiac involvement under guidance of your physician.
Also go for cbc,rbs,lipid profile,s.creatinine,urine.
Otherwise it could be due to some musculoscalatal pain it will subside with nsaid/muscle relaxant.Application of nsaid gel locally will be helpful.
