Sudden Tightness In Chest, Breathing Difficulty, Running Nose, Metallic Taste On Coughing. What To Do?
Yesterday we were making Marianna hash and I all of a sudden got a tight chest and hard to breath. My nose started running. I still have a tight chest and sneezing, also have a metallic taste when I cough. I also took flax seed in my smoothie which I haven t done in a while. Wasn t sure which one of these reasons this was due to. What should I do.

it may be due to sudden allergic to particular smell and causing irritation of nose and lungs that causing running nose and causing chest tightness and off course sneezing and reason could be any of the both
