Sudden Tingly Sensation From Nose, Feeling Of Swelling And Pressure In Head. Any Thoughts?

I have had a cold for a week now. Quite bad but nothing out of the norm for this time of year for me.

Yesterday and today, i have had a sudden tingly sensation come from the nose ( sounds to me like stressed blood vessels) but then they go. I try not to blow my nose hard as i have suffered many problems with my ears.

i have also gained this swelling/expanding pressure feeling in my head, also brought on by hollow coughs. I have struggled to get up many times for fluids with huge struggle.

Any help?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
You are suffering from cold and the infection seems to be involving the sinuses.
You need to take antibiotics and decongestant tablets and nose drops .If you had ear problems before then it is recommended that you do not blow your nose and start antibiotics early.
Secondly if this nasal problems occurs again and again then you should get done nasal endoscopy and get done CT scan of nose and paranasal sinuses to rule out for any disease. and get treated.
