Hi I have an HSG test done 10 days back..whose result is bilateral blockage. I also have pcos on right ovary. After HSG test I started castor oil therapy. for 4 days. Now its my ovulation time.So I stopped doint it. From last 3-4 days I am having extremely painful motion.
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Bilateral tubal blockage means that your Fallopian tubes are blocked on both sides. Even though ovulation occurs normally, the chances of fertilization is not possible as the sperms of your partner cannot enter the Fallopian tubes to meet and attach to the ovum. Hence, the chances for you to conceive naturally is not possible with tubes blocked on both sides. Since you have PCOS along with, you need to be treated for that with medications which would help you to get your periods regularly and ovulate properly. It is advisable for you to consider by assisted reproductive technique like Invitro fertilization (IVF), if you are planning to conceive.
