Suddenly, And For No Obvious Reason, I Have A Sustained

Suddenly, and for no obvious reason, I have a sustained and significantly rapid pulse - I can literally see my heart beating, and it's happened before. Some of the other symptoms include a feeling of heaviness, a raw throat, paleness, the feeling that I can't take a deep breath, and some dizziness and throbbing. I had my heart mapped and everything came back normal, but I have been diagnosed with Sjogrens and take Cellcept twice a day. The only other medication I take is premarin. I also have one partially functioning kidney, which, when it was looked at last, was the size of my liver. I was told years ago that it would eventually shrivel and die, but no such luck. Once I was given a beta blocker years ago, but not for a sustained period of time. I do experience anxiety from time to time, but not any more than the general population! These episodes slowly subside, but they leave me feeling tired and I'd like to know how to make them stop.
