Hello Mr. Abdul,

As per The Weather Channel, the temperature was 6 degrees Celsius, (43 degrees Fahrenheit) with 42% humidity and a wind speed of 23 km per hour in London today (5th April) at 4.00 pm (local time). If you are not used to these weather conditions (really cold and windy from Indian standards), you have chilled your body quite a bit over the last few weeks.

On exposure to outdoor weather for 10 hours a day, you are likely to have been exposed to a viral respiratory infection. Phlegm, cough and chest pain suggest this possibility. If the phlegm is yellow and/or if you have fever, then a possibility of bacterial infection is strong. Get proper medical help if the problems persist.

Heart-related pain is felt in the center of the chest, over lower end of the breast bone (sternum). It may spread or radiate to arms or back. It is brought on by physical or emotional exertion and relieved by rest. It is highly unlikely that a 29-years-old develops heart related problems.

Hope you get relieved of your problem soon. Thanks a lot for using healthcaremagic.com
