Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Chest pain especially on the left side, radiating to the left arm or jaw should be always checked with heart condition as it can be the symptom of heart ischemia. Chest pain (or upper abdominal pain) radiating to the back can be caused by gallstones or pancreas disease (the pain is in the upper middle or right side). Nausea and vomiting can be also present. The pain should appear after a meal or alcohol.
Back pain can also appear due to urinary tract infection (frequent urinating or burning while urinating can be present), spine disease (spine disc herniation).
Gas and frequent bowel movement can be caused by bad diet (fatty foods, gassy foods like beans), irregular diet, chronic bacterial infection. Sometimes inflammatory bowels diseases can appear with such symptoms. However also blood in stool, abdominal pains, mucus in stool, bloating should be present.

I suggest you to have some basic tests done. Abdominal ultrasound, blood work, liver tests, amylase, urine analysis, stool tests and stool culture test should be done at first. Try to also improve your diet.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
