Suffer From Gastric Problems, Burning In The Stomach And Headaches. Remedy?

Hi Sir,

Ii am aged 45, and have acidity problem from almost 10 years and gone through endoscopy for 3 time and an ultra scan as well. Doctor say there is no problem found. Bu as long as I am given medicene, I feel good. Used all kinds of tablets like omez and nexpro. Still I have gasttic trouble and get eased when its burped and stomach is always felt like filled with burning on upper portion. More over with hedache. I take all precaution and avoid oily and spicy foods. I used to like dairy products but reducing now limited to cup of milk and curd twice a day.

I think this condition is functional dyspepsia which is long lasting.Is your bowel movements fine?
Risk factors include 1) taking too much caffeine or alcohol
2)smoking
3) unhealthy food habits
4) stress & strain etc
Test for Bacterium H.Pylori that can cause stomach problems may help to rule out the case.
Treatment should include life style changes and medications.
Medications include a counter gas remedy, an antacid etc
If you are interested in alternative medicine,that may be helpful. Practicing meditation and yoga may help to reduce your stress levels.Banana,tender coconut water,water melon sooth the burning sensation.Also have a glass of buttermilk daily reduces the burning sensation and pain, and then promotes digestion. Try this.
