I have gone through your query regarding your sinusitis problem, as you said that you are suffering from it for last one year and conservative methods are giving you only teporarily relief. For getting permanent relief first of all your disease should be evaluated and for this you are advice for these investigations-
after this a thorough examination by an ENT specialist is necessary to clinically evaluate your disease by co relation with inferences of investigation, than after final treatment may be planed.
Regards.

Suffer From Sinusitis. Using Defralene, Azeflo Nasal Spray. Any Permanent Solution?
Hello Thaks for writing to H.C.M. for your query. I have gone through your query regarding your sinusitis problem, as you said that you are suffering from it for last one year and conservative methods are giving you only teporarily relief. For getting permanent relief first of all your disease should be evaluated and for this you are advice for these investigations- (a) C.T.scan of paranasal sinuses. (b) Culture and sensitivity of nasal swab. (c) Blood - CBC, ESR, blood sugar- F. & P.P. (d) Urine- Routine and Microscopic. after this a thorough examination by an ENT specialist is necessary to clinically evaluate your disease by co relation with inferences of investigation, than after final treatment may be planed. Regards.
