Hi there! Welcome to H.C.M.Forum.

You did not tell me about your body weight? Your height and weight needs to be known and from that, your Body Mass Index will be calculated. Depending on that score, if are found to be overweight or so, then you may have to undergo lifestyle changes. Increase in body weight can cause all the symptoms you mentioned.
Has anyone in your family have/had a history of respiratory problems like asthma or so? If yes, then lung function tests may also have to be undergone. Also get your Blood sugar levels and blood pressure levels checked.

Good luck!
