Suffered Anorexia. Recovered But Not Able To Go Off Laxative. How To Get Rid Of It?

Hi you can use fibre rich food, complete vegetarian food, avoid non vegetarian, lot of water and liquid diet. I will advise you to use fibre rich food fruits like papaya, apple, guava and vegetables like cucumber, beans, carrot, bottlel gourd etc. If still you have problem use fibre laxatives like ispagulla husk. Take care and get well soon/
