According to your clinical symptoms i suppose that you have developed mouth ulcers, this can be due to stress, nutritional deficiencies, trauma, hormonal imbalance. I would suggest you to start with multivitamin suplements. Apply antiseptic analgesics cream topically over the affected area. Sip water frequently and keep yourself hydrated. Use antiseptic mouthwash gargles. Avoid spicy hot food. Avoid smoking and alcohol as it may worsen the condition. Maintain a good oral hygiene.
Hope it helps out.
Regards
