Suffering From Haemorrhoids, Taking Medicine, With N Relief. Solution For Pain?
Hi Samuel, I am suffering form haemorrhoids, last few weeks back i went to a doctor. Frankly saying he did not check my anus . Just gave me the prescription. One ointment and one seduction. I used for 2 weeks. It still some times paining. Please let me know. Am not comfortable, am not doing anything.. Please let me know the solution.. Thanks..
Understood your concern.
I will suggest you to visit again to a surgeon, who will examine you, because your symptoms suggests, they are not haemorrhoids (Haemorrhoids are usually not painful). Probably you have got anal fissure, which are very painful condition, particularly after defaecation. The patients with anal fissure usually have a history of constipation.
It becomes very difficult for a doctor to examine the anal fissure because of the associated pain. How ever an inspection is sometimes sufficient to see the fissures.
I will advice you to
1. visit a surgeon
2.take seitz bath for 10 minutes at least 4 - 5 times daily (Sit on a bowl with luke warm water, so that the anal opening is dipped inside water)
3. drink plenty of water to make stool soft.
all the best. Get well soon. Do contact in vase any problem.
