** 1. As it is a genetic disorder, thus is beyond one's control, although he can have a normal sex life, but cannot father children. 2.Unexplained weight gain, especially on the stomach or trunk, enlarge breast (gynecomastia),wide hips are associated features during physical examination. 3. If a man with Klinefelter wants to have children, he may be able to have his sperm collected through testicular sperm extraction (TESE). During TESE, sperm are obtained using a thin needle inserted into the testicle or through a small cut made in the testicle. Normal sperm are identified and then used for in vitro fertilization, talk with the doctor/Endocrinologist about future concerns and counseling for behavioral problems.
PS: .Treatment may include hormone therapy, cosmetic surgery, speech therapy and counselling. . As physical examination and chromosome analysis has been done, check with blood test for hormone levels and Sperm examination to check fertility.
