Suffering From PCOD, Trying To Conceive. Taking Treatment, Advised Consevel Tablet With PCOD Powder. Is This Useful?

i am 26 yrs old suffering with pcod since 1 year , trying to conceive? period regularized since two months(started doing aerobics and using homeo since 7months).in third month i had a ovulation test which showed negative.. can i have period without ovulations?
met a gynic.. she adviced consevel tablet ,with apcod powder. how is it useful?

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
Since no ovulation and suffering from PCOD, first you need to regularise your hormonal level by taking hormonal replacement and later based on the responce and your different hormone levels need to ovulate (may try drug), and can conceive. Without ovulation you can have periods but with painless bleeding but cant conceive and there won't be regular periods. Hope your Gynaecologist have started you with the drugs mentioned above. APCOD is for vit D and has no direct role here. Get one USG abdomen done and consult your doctor for examination and management.
