My mother is suffering from anal fissure . A doctor suggested for surgery. will it be cured by ointment or so. can the surgery can be coverd by health insurance

Yes, why not.basic rule of insurance is exclusion.So whatever is clearly excluded in the insurance policy is excluded and anything else like anal fissure will be included in the policy.Surgery is the best way to get rid of this proble, as ointments are only temporary relief.
