Suffering From Arthritis, Severe Joint Pain. Taking Predmet. Sufficient?

I am suffering from arthritis and have to take the medicines like Predmet 4mg (dosage-1/2 on alternate days and 1 on Sunday) and HCQS (dosage 1 on alternate days). Without these medicines I get severe pain in my joints.
Now I have conceived. So I just wanted to know if I could continue with the medicines recommended for my arthritis.

Hello, hydroxychloquine I.e HCQS is not recommended during pregnancy and can give rise to foetal eye toxicity. It has been seen to cross placenta. Please check with your obstretician. Thank you
