Suffering From Breathing Problem, Not Getting Sufficient Air. Remedy?

sir am 28 year old female having breathing problem since 2 days and it worsing when am going to bed at night when i sit upstriaght i feel better and during morning walk also am unable to breath.i start morning walk 2 days back from that time only feeling breathing problem.i use to yawn and breath otherwise i feel somthing discomfort and am not getting sufficient air what should i do sir plzzzzzzzzzzz tel me sir

Hi,
Thanks for your query.
This may be a manifestation of asthma especially if you have got allergy to dust smoke etc or if there is family history of allergies/asthma. I think you should go for thorough chest examination to look for wheezes. A chest xray may suggest underlying infection and a simple breathing test called spirometry may diagnose asthma....
If it is asthma you will be relieved of your symptoms by just puffs of inhalers....
