Dear sir/madam, he had pulmonary embolism after knee surgery. He should be on anticoagulation ( warfarin ) with maintaing INR blood test around 2.o - 3.0. But he had stopped it. So chances of recurrence of Pulmonary embolism is high as he is having symptoms. Better consult cardiologist and get evaluated. If cardiologist also feels same then u might need Pulmonary angiogram too rule out pulmonary embolism. Hope u find this informative.
