Suffering From Cold And Cough, Headaches. Grandson Had Pneumonia. Treatment?

I have a bad chest cold now for two weeks. Cough is real bad, headaches maybe every other day, tired, coughing episodes when I try to do my 3 mile power walk and haven't been able to go to the gym daily for my workouts like I did before getting sick. My grandson who is 5 years old had pneumonia spelt wrong sorry. I am 61 5 foot 4 and was in good workout shape till I got this.
