Suffering From Cold, Felt Palpitations. Blood Pressure Normal. Palpitations Due To Cold, Cough?
I have been suffering from a cold the last 2 days and today have felt palpitations. I am on blood pressure meds and have taken it to make sure it was normal. Which it was. I have also recently had a stress test and heart exam which showed my heart to be in good condition. Could what I be feeling a symptom f the cold or coughing?
I understand your concerns. Suffering from cold, feeling palpitations and symptoms of a viral illness can make you lethargic while keeping your blood pressure normal. I do not believe that the palpitations are due to the cold or cough. However you may have an anxiety disorder that is making your system act up this way. I hope you take adequate rest, hydrate yourself enough and eat right and regularly to fend off the illness. I hope this helped reduce your anxiety.
I hope this helps. Take care of yourself and have a lovely day!
