Suffering From Cough And Asthma. ESR, Blood Test And Urine Test Showed Presence Of Albumin, Pus Cells And Ketone. What Does It Mean?

Good afternoon doctor I surekha from hyd I need help 2 days back my husband is suffering from cough and asthama problem docters did blood test i.e CRB and ESR and urine test the result is ESR 1st hour 24mm and for 2nd hour 56mm and presence of albumin trace in urine and pus cells 4-6/hpf and ketone bodies positive 40/mg/dl what to do please need help.

Thanks for the query.
Increased ESR may be due to an infection.
The presence of proteins and pus cells in the urine could indicate a UTI.
I would recommend a urine culture to confirm our diagnosis.
