Hi i am 34 years old; and my urine test shows the below:
Color deep yellow
Appearance Normal
PH 8.0
Sp Gravity 1,018
protein Trace
Glucose Nil
Ketone Bodies Nil
Nitrate Nil
Urobillionogen Nil
WBC 02-03 /HPF
RBC 03-04 /HPF
Epith Cell 01-02/HPF
Grandular Cast Seen
Mucus threat ++
Dead Spermotozoa Seen (+)

In your urine report there is pus cell present but less amount this is not significant.With burning sensation during urination present than think about urinary tract infection.

Proper history and physical examination give exact idea about disease.
So clinical corelation is must for further diagnosis.
Consent a nephrologist for further diagnosis.
