i keep feeling lightheaded,like im going to faint and ive had diarrhea for the last 4 days

Hi,welcome to healthcare magic,
The light headedness could be caused due to the loss of electrolytes from the body due to the diarrhea.You probably have a GI infection and should start antibiotcs,if you havent already.Keep well hydrated with electrolyte drinks.
