Suffering From Erectile Dysfunction, Premature Ejaculation, No Sex Drive. Temporary Relief From Medicines. Solution?

Respect sir,i am Ram 27 unmarried, i have problem ED,premature ejaculation and no have sex drive feeling),Last one year.

I consult one famous sexology doctor,he Checked andrology panel 1 & 3 and penis scan,
Blood test,urine test and penis vessels always normal,
And he recommended Tatanafil tablet 1/2 for evening empty stomach and Nino_Leo capsule for night,
I am feeling good when i take tablets,after 2 month I'm not take that medicine I'm seeing sex film and read sex story not erect.
I try to masturbation without erection 1 or 2 minute, early ejaculate 5 secon when erect penis masturbation.
So pls helo to me,what will do,pls which medicine i will take

Hi,
From your history as all reports are normal, there is no physical or hormonal cause of having this problem.
There might be having some psychological problem.
Rule out diabetes as well.
Consult psychiatrist and go for advice and counseling.
Mean while continue with the medicines advised by your sexologist.
Ok and take care.
