Suffering From Fatigue And Fever, Had Liver Cirrhosis

I am diagnosed with liver cirrhosis 3 yrs back,since then stoppet alcohol,i am diabetic as well,though my lft i s normal i face lot of problems with electrolyte imbalence as i am on diuretics,I feel lot of fatigue as well.ascitis and fever r very common what should i do?
