Suffering From Fever, Rash, Low IGM And Raised WBC

Ive had a fever for the last 7 days and all over body rash had some bloods taken my WBC are 13 and my IgM is 0.31 is this anything to worry about? Im a 24 year old with hypothyroidism and pernicious anaemia . My doctor is testing me for measles does this all fit in?

better to consult doctor
ya ,it may look like measles .
do take rest and avoid going outside .
