Hi, Thanks for writing to us. Your hair fall could be related to dandruff or could be due to male pattern baldness. To treat dandruff, use a ketoconazole based antidandruff shampoo three days in a week( nizoral,scalpe, danclear, keraglow Ad etc). Also use mild steroid lotion over scalp every night. once dandruff is controlled, use the shampoo once in a week. also stop using steroid lotion and begin with minoxidil solution 5 percent 1 ml to be used twice in a day. apply the same atleast for four to six months for desirable response.
