Dear sir/madam, ya definetly both bp and blood sugar are slightly on higher side. Better to titrate the drugs for target bp and blood sugar control. U should take lipid lowering drugs also as u have more than 3 risk facyors. U haven't mentioned Ur uric acid levels. Treatment strategies depends on uric acid levels and ur symptoms ( gouty arthritis ). For blurred vision get opthalmologist opinion. Certain general measures to be taken by u are, periodic blood sugar and bp monitoring, half yearly once hba1c, urine analysis, renal and liver function test, lipid profile and hemoglobin. Yearly once get cardiac, podometry, Opthalmology, ultrasound abdomen, carotid Doppler evaluation done. These are all preventive steps for better health. Have a close look on balanced diet, regular exercise also. Be in follow up with physician/diabetologist and follow their advice. Hope u find this informative.
