Suffering From Junior Malconic Epilepsy. Tired Due To Medication. What Type Of Multivitamin Will Help?
Hi my 17 yr daughter as junior malconic epilepsy she is taking levetiracetam she takes 750g in morning and same a night am trying to find a multivitamin that she can take as she is always tired due to medication and trying to get her. stable and could she also take magnesium I have read that this helps but don't want to upset her meds
Hi, Thank you for posting your query. I think you are referring to juvenile myoclonic epilepsy (JME). JME is well treated with medications such as levetiracetam (which your daughter is taking) and sodium valproate. Levetiracetam is a safe and effective drug for treating JME. Generally, no multivitamins are required. However, you can use multivite woman or Revital, or any other similar multivitamin available in the market. Please ensure adequate sleep of 7-8 hours at night. Please get back if you require any additional information.
Best wishes,
