Suffering From Left Sided Chest Pain. CAG Showed Single Vessel Disease. Proper Diet?
good afternoon doctor. my wife is 44 years old. she suffered left-sided chest pain on 16/01. CAG showed single vessel disease. PTCA + Xience V - mid LAD was done successfully. discharge on 17/01 in a stable condition. now resting. she is a pure vegetarian and working as a teacher with fairly regular physical activity. 5 6 /54 kgs/lean built. what would be her ideal diet?
It is good to hear that she is only on vegetarian diet. Please continue same diet. green leafy vegetables and cereals are better. Food containing carbohydrate and proteins are best. Completely stop taking oily foods, fried items, ghee, butter, icecreams, and extra oil in the meals.
