Suffering From Liver Disease. Stomach Accumulating Liquid. Water In Lungs. Any Relation Between Liver Disease And Pneumonia?

my father has lever disease, and lately his stomach was accumulating liquid, so at the hospital were dreading about 4-5 liter of liquids every Monday. last week my father went to ER for his regular treatment and we wants feeling than well, so hospital fund water in his lung. my question is, it s any connection between his lever condition and the pneumonia? our he get the pneumonia at the hospital? thank you,

1.chronic liver disease can cause fluid accumulation in stomach ,lung.... due to many causes one of them low level of protein ,...
2. yes of course if we visit frequently to hospital can cause infection to lung either minor infection or pneumonia or fluid accumulation and later it will infected and cause pus in lung etc..
