Suffering From Lower Abdomen Pain Due To Stone In Urethra

sir,
i suffered chronic pain in the lower abdomen and was told to have got a stone in the urethra based on the ultrasound report. later, the doctor advised me to take antibiotics for infection shown by urine sample report which showed 18-19 pus cells. on continuous intake of antibiotics the counts came down to 16-17 and 7-8 rbcs.thereafter,i was advised to get a urine culture test done .i took antibiotics prescribed based on that for a week but the count is the same .the recent urine sample report shows numerous RBCs and 8-10 pus cells. now , the doctors are suggesting that the infection is possibly because of a stone in the tube.please guide me i am very disturbed and i am currently studying and my age is 19 yrs.i'll be really grateful. thank you
