Suffering From Microscopic Colitis. Is It Related To Low Weight And How To Increase It?

I am a 25 year old man. My height is 175cm and weight 56kg. I am suffering with microscopic colitis. I wanted to ask whether there is any relation between my low weight and microscopic colitis. I usually take good amount of food. I am also lactose intolerant. Please suggest how can I increase my weight?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You are lactose intolerant and have microscopic colitis. Both can attribute to the low weight. The other reason may be the genetic factor, if both of your parents are thin, you could get it and it can't be helped.
Avoid taking milk, curd, buttermilk, and milksweats.
Take more of calories, fatty foods, fries, fleshy fruits like banana, and guava.
Try to sleep more time early to bed and and late to rise. If possible sleep for a moment in the day time.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
