Suffering From Pain In The Body, Belching And Bloated Stomach After A Fall. Normal Blood Pressure. Need Immediate Care?
Hi, my mother who is 65 y.o just fell against bathtub on her right side. Her symptoms are: right sided pain (worse when being touched/pressed), belching when getting up from the bed and bloated stomach . Her BP is ok, no significant dizziness noted. I just wonder how serious it might be or we need to go to ER? Thank you.
Since your mother is 65 years of age you should not take any risk. I will suggest you to consult a doctor and get her clinically examined. She may need an X-RAY for the right sided pain, USG for bloated stomach and a few blood tests. If you keep her at home the problems can worsen and get out of control. She needs immediate care and quick management of the symptoms, get her admitted in ER. Take care.
