Hi, thanks for asking in Healthcare Magic.

Beta blocker should not be stopped suddenly and also you should not miss the dose intentionally. It needs to be tapered gradually otherwise your BP will shoot up. The symptoms of heaviness and light headedness on the day you stopped the drug are mainly due to increase in BP as you have noticed. Your body will slowly get adjusted to the gradual withdrawal of Etiazolam Beta and so don't stop the drug without your Dr's advice.

Depression and anxiety are often associated with PCOD and so your symptoms of anxiety will definetly improve if PCOD is controlled. Cognitive therapy and exposure therapy are most effective for panic disorder. While cognitive therapy deals with behavioral and thinking patterns during panic attacks, behavioral therapy focusses on mild exercises like hyperventillating, holding breath and shaking head from side to side during an artificially created panic situation in a protected environment. You can consult your treating Dr about these therapies.

I hope this is useful to you.
