Suffering From Pigmentation, Foof Allergy. Using Melacare. Solution?
I have been suffering from pigmentation problem for the last 5 years...since 5 years back i am using melacare cream at night nd sunscreen lotion in the morning....when i stop using the cream my skin gets dark....i m 49yrs old.I had food allergy at the age of 15.and it already cured....now my doctor asked me to do some hormone test..does this pigmentation have a permanent solution.? i m very much worried about this problem...as i m a working woman......

melacare is steroid containing cream and must not be used more than 4 wks
you are using for 5 yrs it is too much .
you are addicted to melacare ,you required gradual tapering
use non steroidal cream ,initially you feel less result ,but will prevent skin damage
apply good moisturizer and sun screen lotion daily
there is no direct relation between food allergy and pigmentation
better to consult dermatologist i hope i answered your question
