Knee pain is not related to
pituitary gland tumor.
Anyway, there is no need to worry about the pituitary gland tumor also, as it is treatable. If the tumor is small in size (microadenoma), then, it can be treated with medications alone (without surgery).
However, if the tumor is bigger, then, surgery is needed (which can be done through nose, without opening the skull).
