hai, doctor my kid is 3 and a half year old last Friday onwards she have cough and mild fever .sunday we went to clinic started antibiotic is going on for 7 days. our doctor is telling to us pneumonia. monday started ventolin puff .when she is cuffing we can here secreation sound but not spiting out.day time she is better but night . her codition better than before doctor. what we will do continue same treatment or cosult our doctor

At this age, the children don't know how to spit out the mucous and that often prolongs the illness a few days. However, they do get better. I recommend a follow up visit with your doctor at some point in the next 2-3 days to make sure her lungs are improving. Otherwise, there is no reason to be overly concerned.
